Banded Carnelian XL

Each with their own personality, Banded Carnelian is a speaker through the layers.  What are your layers?  What does Banded Carnelian say to you and your layers to move through issues which need that extra spark to move up, out and forward?

A Banded Carnelian has more components of Agate in them while Carnelian has more Chalcedony features.  Sometimes referred to as Red Agate, both Carnelian and Banded Carnelian belongs to the Chalcedony family.  Banded Carnelian that turns darker in color, mostly brown to black.

A few in this lot are darker with splashes of red.
