Allergy Response Treatments and Gate Points: When receiving allergy response treatments, you are asked to do a series of Gate Points. This is a pattern of points that fall along the acupuncture meridians in order to boost the energy movement and treatment to flow through the meridians to help the body rewire so that it calms the reaction to the frequencies being treated.

Begin the cycle of points on LI-4 on the right hand, also known as the Hegu point. This point is part of the large intestine meridian. Doing acupressure on this point can help relieve headaches and migraines.

The second point in the cycle is HT-7, the Shenmen point, on the right wrist. It is one of the main points in the heart meridian, and acupressure on this point can help nourish the blood and cool/calm down the internal fire. It is helpful for the mind, emotion, and heart-related issues.

The third point in the cycle is the LI-11 point located on the right elbow. It is part of the large intestine meridian and is helpful to relieve heat.

The fourth point is over to the LI-11 point on the left elbow.

The fifth point is down to the HT-7 point on the left wrist.

The sixth point is the LI-4 point on the left hand.

The seventh point is the SP-6 point on the inside of the left leg above the ankle bone. This point crosses the Spleen, Kidney, and Liver meridians and is beneficial for many things.

The eighth point is the L-3 on the top of the left foot between the first two toes (the big toe and its neighbor). This point is part of the liver meridian, and acupressure on this point can help with issues like dizziness, headache, and facial paralysis. It is helpful for Liver Qi stagnation, pain, stress, anger, frustration, infertility, and PMS.

The ninth point is the L-3 on top of the right foot.

The tenth point is the SP-6 point on inside the right leg.

The eleventh and last point is the same point the cycle began with - LI-4 on the right hand. The points form a circle, and starting and ending on the same point closes the circle.
